Who processes your data

Collection and use of personal data on this site follow Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA, 個人資料保護法), which requires a specified purpose, and — outside narrow exceptions — consent or the legitimate conduct of the specified activity.

What we collect, and why

Inquiry form. If you send an inquiry, the form transmits your name, email address, optionally a phone number, your chosen subject and your message text to the same domain’s own form handler you saw in the address bar (Delta Investment Review ). The purpose is answering your inquiry — no other processing of your message takes place, and no marketing list is built from correspondence. You signal the purpose and your agreement to it by filling the form and ticking the checkbox before sending.

Consent record. When you choose Accept or Reject on the storage banner, that choice is written into your own browser’s local storage under the key dir-consent-v1 . It never leaves your device, is never sent to us, and can be cleared in your browser or through the button on the storage note.

Nothing else. The site runs no analytics, embeds no social plug-ins, sets no advertising pixels and requests nothing from any third party at any point during your visit. What the privacy law calls collection therefore happens in exactly two places: the form, and your own browser’s record of your banner choice.

Where inquiry data goes

Submitted inquiries are received by the form handler on this domain and reach the editorial desk’s mailbox from there. Inquiry data is not sold, rented or handed to third parties for their own purposes, and none of it is disclosed to anyone outside the desk except where Taiwanese law requires or permits it (for example, a lawful request from a competent authority).

Retention

Correspondence about an inquiry is kept while the exchange is active and for up to 24 months after the last message, after which it is deleted. If an exchange leads to published material, only what was needed for publication is retained, with the rest deleted earlier.

Your rights under the PDPA

Under the Personal Data Protection Act you may ask whether we hold personal data about you, request access to it, ask for corrections, request deletion or erasure, and withdraw consent to any further processing. Write to info@delta-fabric.digital from the address you used, describe the request in a sentence, and the desk will answer — it is a person, not a system, that reads and replies.
